Who the hell wants to READ after a day of TECH SUPP0RT?

Yeah, I know.... but you have to have SOMETHING to take your mind away from the screen,,, even if it's just to stack your BLUE NOS energy drink or MOUNTAIN DEW on top of!

My hands down, favorite book on the list right now is HANDLE TiME by LiNCOLN PARK.  For support reps who have to deal with shitty customers all day, this book ROCKS! It takes place in a bank; but it mentions TECH SUPPORT REPS -- and we go through pretty much all of the crap that goes on in this book. It's about time people who have to offer support information to dopey customers get recognized!
