Tech Support SUCKS
I am a lowly geek in tech support. I use UBUNTU at home -- but my job reeks with WINDOWS 98SE towers of doom. My mother tweets to me on my lunchbreaks; whether I like it, or not. I wish my boss was open-source instead of outsourced. Learning A+ was a waste of time.
